Important. This page is an informational legal notice and is not a legal opinion. It is designed to state the project honestly, reduce misleading-impression risk and preserve mandatory legal rights. It does not make a token, prediction market or global launch lawful by wording alone.

Part One Public Facing Policy

The following text is written as the page opened by the small Disclaimer link in the website footer. It is intentionally direct about the project's current uncertainty, the absence of guaranteed backing and the distinction between token holding and prediction-market participation.

1. Read This First

Please read this Disclaimer, Risk Disclosure, Terms of Use and Privacy Notice before accessing or using the PackDex™ website, any PackDex™ interface, any PackDex™-related material, any community channel or any future Token or prediction-market feature.

By accessing or using PackDex™, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this page. If you do not agree with it, or if access to PackDex™ is unlawful in your jurisdiction, you must not access, use, interact with, purchase, hold, transfer, promote or participate in any PackDex™-related activity.

Nothing on this page limits a right, remedy, protection, obligation or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. No label, disclaimer or description on this page overrides applicable securities, derivatives, gambling, payments, consumer-protection, privacy, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, tax or intellectual-property law.

2. Concept First Spirit of the Website

The central spirit of this website is the exploration of strong concepts: creative ideas, speculative product directions, imaginative market structures, playful digital-collectible experiences and experimental blockchain storytelling. The site is designed as a concept-led experience and not as proof of a funded, operational or commercially established company.

The presence of a strong concept, polished interface, market-style display, digital artwork, roadmap, community discussion or compelling narrative does not establish that PackDex™ has strong financial backing, commercial traction, a completed product, a live market, a confirmed partnership or a guaranteed future.

PackDex™ is intended for creative expression, entertainment, education, experimentation and discussion concerning crypto-market culture, digital collectibles, blockchain technology and prediction-market design. This creative framing does not change the legal characterization of any real transaction or activity.

3. Experimental Speculative and Pre Launch Status

PackDex™ is an experimental, creative and speculative project. At the time of publication, the project may be pre-launch, incomplete, unbacked, non-operational or available only as a demonstration. The project may never launch, may launch in a materially different form, may be delayed indefinitely, may be discontinued or may be unavailable in a particular jurisdiction.

Unless expressly stated in a separate final and legally binding document, PackDex™ is not backed by fiat currency, securities, commodities, revenue, real estate, physical assets, government support, insurance, collateral, institutional capital or any other reserve or source of value.

Any statement that an item is coming soon, under consideration, on a roadmap, being explored or subject to future development is aspirational only. It is not a promise, forecast, timetable, warranty or obligation to deliver.

Any displayed chart, price, market capitalization, volume, probability, countdown, token balance, card value, odds display, prediction control, swap control or interface state may be hypothetical, simulated or illustrative. Unless expressly identified as live under separate terms, it is not a quote, offer, forecast, event contract, wager or market data.

4. Token Holding Is Speculative

If and when a PackDex™ Token becomes available, acquiring, holding, transferring or interacting with the Token will involve substantial speculation and risk. Holding the Token may form part of a person's speculative view regarding the potential viability, interest, adoption, development or continued existence of the PackDex™ project.

Holding the Token does not create equity, ownership, a partnership interest, a share of profits, a share of revenue, a debt claim, a repayment right, a dividend, a redemption right, a guaranteed utility right, a governance right, a right to future appreciation or any other legal or beneficial interest in the Operator or the PackDex™ project, unless an enforceable written instrument expressly provides otherwise.

The Operator does not represent that the Token is or is not a security, commodity, derivative, payment instrument, virtual asset, digital payment token, event contract, collective investment scheme, gambling product or other regulated product. Classification depends on the actual facts, economic reality, rights, structure, communications and applicable law.

5. Prediction Market Concept

PackDex™ may include, describe or develop a prediction-market concept concerning project-related outcomes such as development, adoption, interest, milestones, partnerships, market conditions or perceived viability.

Participants may form a view about PackDex™ or participate in a future prediction-market activity whether or not they hold the Token, subject to applicable law, eligibility, availability, market rules and any required registration, licensing, screening or approval. Token ownership and prediction-market participation are separate and neither guarantees the other.

Participation in a prediction market, if made available, would represent a speculative position or forecast concerning defined outcomes. It would not create ownership of PackDex™, the Operator, any marketplace, any third-party brand or any underlying project. It would not guarantee a payout, accuracy, liquidity, settlement, market access, project success or future value.

A real-money or token-based prediction market may be regulated as an event-contract, derivatives, financial, gambling, payments or other regulated activity depending on its structure and jurisdiction. It would require separate final rules covering participant eligibility, contract definitions, fees, pricing, collateral, settlement, data sources, disputes, oracles, market integrity, custody, withdrawals and regulatory status. This page is not a substitute for those rules or approvals.

6. Future Viability Benefits and Partnerships

The future viability of PackDex™ is uncertain and may depend on community interest, technical development, market conditions, available resources, regulatory requirements, intellectual-property permissions, third-party cooperation and the Operator's ability to continue operating.

If PackDex™ attracts significant interest or becomes commercially or operationally viable, the Operator may evaluate additional products, services, communities, partnerships or collaborations. Any such activity is discretionary and may never occur.

The Operator may explore discussions with digital-collectible, trading-card, NFT, gacha, gaming or marketplace businesses. A discussion, introduction, social-media statement, graphic, reference or informal contact is not a partnership, endorsement, authorization, approval or binding commitment. No partnership exists unless confirmed in a definitive written agreement and publicly identified by the relevant parties.

Any future Token-holder benefit, access right, reward, feature, discount, airdrop, distribution, governance mechanism or utility is conditional, aspirational and subject to change, cancellation, technical feasibility, regulatory review and applicable law. No such benefit is guaranteed merely because a person holds the Token or participates in the PackDex™ community.

The roadmap is a non-binding statement of intent. It is not a promise, schedule, forecast, fiduciary commitment or obligation to complete any milestone.

7. No Offer Advice or Guarantee

Nothing on PackDex™ constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, a portfolio recommendation, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, a guarantee of profit or income, an offer or solicitation of securities, commodities, derivatives or virtual assets, or an offer of banking, brokerage, exchange, custody, payment or money-transmission services.

The Operator does not promise that any Token will have value, that any market will exist, that any position will be liquid, that any prediction will be accurate, that any roadmap item will be completed, that any partnership will occur or that any person will recover funds.

You are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal, financial, tax and regulatory advice. You should not acquire or interact with a Token or prediction-market product unless you can afford to lose the entire amount committed.

8. Risk Disclosure

Crypto assets, digital collectibles and prediction-market products can involve extreme and unpredictable risk. You may lose some or all of the value committed. Risks include, without limitation:

No government, bank, deposit-insurance scheme or regulator guarantees the value of a PackDex™ Token or protects you from losses unless a specific mandatory law expressly provides otherwise.

9. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Restrictions

PackDex™ is not intended for persons or jurisdictions where access, participation, promotion, purchase, transfer or use would violate applicable law. You are responsible for determining whether PackDex™, a Token or any prediction-market feature is lawful for you.

The Operator may restrict, suspend, refuse or terminate access for any person, wallet, location or transaction for legal, regulatory, security, sanctions, compliance or operational reasons. You must not circumvent geographic restrictions, eligibility controls, wallet screening, identity verification, sanctions screening, AML controls or other compliance measures.

PackDex™ may be unavailable to persons below 18 or the applicable age of legal capacity, persons in sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions, persons acting for sanctioned parties, persons prohibited from financial, virtual-asset, derivatives, gambling or prediction-market activity, or persons unable to comply with applicable tax, identity or reporting requirements.

The Operator does not represent that PackDex™ complies with the laws of every country, state, province, territory or municipality. There is no single global international law that makes a cross-border crypto or prediction-market project lawful everywhere.

10. Compliance and Market Integrity

The Operator may apply controls intended to prevent fraud, manipulation, sanctions violations, money laundering, terrorist financing, market abuse, impersonation and unlawful access. The Operator may preserve records, investigate activity, cooperate with authorities, restrict access and take other action permitted by law.

No person may use PackDex™ to manipulate a Token or prediction market, engage in wash trading, spoofing, layering, front-running or deceptive conduct, trade using material non-public information, misrepresent a partnership, evade sanctions or screening, or encourage another person to violate applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property and Third Party References

References to Pokemon, Pokemon cards, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, trading-card games, NFTs, gacha products, marketplaces, exchanges, blockchains, wallets or other third parties are descriptive, contextual or creative references only unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

PackDex™ is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by or connected with Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, The Pokemon Company or any other third-party rights holder unless expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant party.

No third-party brand, character, card, artwork, collection, game, platform or intellectual-property right is transferred, licensed or granted through PackDex™. PackDex™ names, logos, original artwork, text, software and other original materials belong to the Operator or its licensors, except for third-party materials separately identified.

12. Third Party Services and Blockchain Networks

PackDex™ may rely on third-party blockchains, wallets, exchanges, marketplaces, analytics providers, data providers, hosting providers, payment processors, smart contracts, oracles and communication platforms. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, legality, performance, policies or conduct.

Public-blockchain transactions may be visible, copied, indexed, analyzed, associated with other information and permanent or irreversible. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, balances, amounts and related metadata may be visible to the public even if PackDex™ does not collect them directly.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not use PackDex™ to commit fraud or unlawful activity, distribute malware or phishing links, impersonate the Operator or a third party, interfere with the website or infrastructure, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade restrictions, abuse automated systems, manipulate a market or prediction, trade on material non-public information, or induce another person to violate law.

14. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackDex™ and all related content, software, interfaces, features and materials are provided on an as-is, as-available and with-all-faults basis. The Operator disclaims express, implied and statutory warranties, including title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, security, uninterrupted operation and suitability for any outcome.

The Operator does not warrant that PackDex™ will launch, remain available, be current, be accurate, be secure, be free from malware or interruption, retain any value or liquidity, complete any roadmap item, form any partnership, settle any outcome or be lawful in your jurisdiction.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, service providers and licensors will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage arising from or relating to PackDex™, including loss of funds, Tokens, profits, revenue, market value, business opportunities, data, goodwill, access or anticipated benefits.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if the Operator was advised that loss was possible. To the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the Operator's aggregate liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, unlawful collection or misuse of personal information, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. The Operator is not responsible for third-party infrastructure, public blockchain records, external platform conduct or confidential information voluntarily disclosed by a visitor, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, service providers and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of this page, unlawful use of PackDex™, Token or prediction-market activity, violation of another person's rights, use of a third-party service, fraud, negligence, misconduct or violation of applicable law.

17. Privacy and No Data Collection Notice

PackDex™ is intended to operate as an informational, creative and experimental website. At the application level, the Operator does not intentionally collect, request, store, sell, rent, share, profile or otherwise use private or personal information from website visitors.

The PackDex™ website does not intentionally request or collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, government identification, payment details, financial information, biometric information, precise location information, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, wallet credentials or other confidential personal information.

The Operator does not intentionally provide user accounts, registration forms, user profiles, KYC collection, payment processing, wallet custody, private messaging, customer databases or similar data-collection features through the PackDex™ website.

Current Demonstration Behavior

The current PackDex™ demonstration may store a visitor's display-theme choice in the visitor's own browser storage so that the interface can remember the selected appearance. This is not an account, identity record or wallet record, and the Operator does not use it for analytics, advertising, profiling or behavioral measurement. It is nevertheless browser storage and should not be described as an absolute claim that no information is ever stored on a visitor's device.

The current demonstration may also request publicly hosted token-icon image assets from a third-party content domain. The Operator does not control the technical metadata that the third-party host may receive when serving those assets. This means the site does not make an absolute claim that no request ever leaves a visitor's device. If those assets are removed or self-hosted, this statement should be updated to match the deployed site.

The current demonstration is not represented as collecting wallet credentials, accepting funds, connecting a wallet, executing swaps or settling a live prediction market. If that changes, this notice must be updated before the change is introduced.

No Cookies Analytics or Tracking

The PackDex™ website does not intentionally set or use cookies, analytics cookies, advertising pixels, tracking tags, fingerprinting technologies, session-replay tools, behavioral-profiling tools, retargeting systems, cross-context behavioral advertising or similar analytics and tracking technologies. Browser storage used only for a display preference is separate from cookies and analytics, but it may still be subject to jurisdiction-specific storage or access rules.

The Operator does not use visitor information for advertising, targeted marketing, behavioral profiling, analytics reporting, sale, rental or commercial data brokerage.

Technical Infrastructure

Ordinary internet and technical infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, timestamp, requested page, error log or security event. This may occur through a hosting provider, domain registrar, DNS provider, content-delivery network, security provider, browser or internet-service provider.

The Operator does not control every technical log created by third-party infrastructure or every request made to a third-party asset host and does not represent that no technical information can ever exist anywhere in the delivery chain. To the extent such information is processed, the Operator does not intentionally use it for analytics, advertising, profiling, sale or unrelated commercial purposes.

Do Not Submit Confidential Information

Visitors must not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, government identification, financial information or other confidential information to PackDex™, the Operator, a community moderator or a person claiming to represent PackDex™. The Operator will never legitimately request a private key, seed phrase or wallet password.

Blockchain and External Services

If a visitor independently interacts with a public blockchain, wallet, exchange, marketplace, prediction-market platform or other external service, that activity may create public, permanent or traceable records outside the PackDex™ website. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

No Liability for Third Party Data Practices

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for the privacy, security, tracking, logging, retention, disclosure or data-processing practices of third-party systems that the Operator does not control, or for confidential information voluntarily disclosed to an external service or public blockchain.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for the Operator's own unlawful collection, misuse, disclosure, security failure, fraud or intentional misconduct, or removes a privacy, consumer-protection or data-protection right that cannot legally be waived. If PackDex™ later introduces accounts, forms, email collection, wallet connections, payments, analytics, cookies, advertising, KYC, community registration or any other personal-data feature, this notice must be updated before that feature is introduced.

18. Updates Termination and General Provisions

The Operator may amend, replace, suspend or terminate PackDex™, this page or any feature at any time. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

This page is subject to applicable mandatory law. No provision requires a person to waive non-waivable rights or prevents a competent regulator or court from exercising jurisdiction. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Nothing on this page promises that PackDex™ will launch, that the Token will have value, that any prediction-market feature will become available, that any partnership will be completed, or that any Token-holder benefit will ever be delivered.
